Your warm mannerism put me completely at ease, and I can’t remember when a business transaction seemed more like a friendly conversation of bouncing ideas back and forth as to when I worked with you and your firm. Imagine my surprise and delight when you managed to define and expand upon such a loosely defined idea and turn it into a living, breathing entity and it was more elegant than I ever imagined it could be!
