General Virtual Assistance: Reliable day-to-day support for your business and administrative needs. Services include word processing, spreadsheets, correspondence, blogs, term papers, internet research, and more—helping you stay organized and keep work moving without interruption.


Desktop Publishing & Document Services: Professional document creation and design, including newsletters, brochures, flyers, business cards, custom desktop forms, manuscripts, and employee manuals. Additional services include small mailings (up to 100 addresses), fax service, and document conversion to PDF format. During tax season, preparation and mailing of 1099, W9, and W2 forms is also available.


Live Telephone Answering: Never miss an important call. Using your phone company’s remote call forwarding—or one of my dedicated lines—I answer your calls as an extension of your business, allowing you to stay focused without interruptions.

Your clients are greeted professionally, with options for live answering during business hours and a pleasant auto-attendant after hours. If calls are placed on hold, callers hear soothing music, and voicemail messages are delivered directly to you via email or text. Remote message retrieval is also available.

Service includes use of VoIP lines for reliable call quality (client is responsible for line and any outbound long-distance charges). Up to three lines are available.

Invoice Follow-Up & Collections: Invoice follow-up and collections handled for you. We manage routine reminders and past-due accounts with consistent, professional communication—by email and live phone follow-up when needed. Your clients are treated with respect, your relationships stay intact, and you stay informed on outstanding balances so nothing slips through the cracks. (Collections services are limited to professional invoice follow-up and do not include legal debt collection activities.)

Notary Public (In Person – Pennsylvania Only): Standard notary services available by appointment within the State of Pennsylvania. In-person appearance is required.

Remote Online Notary (via BlueNotary): Certified to perform U.S. online notarizations using BlueNotary. Please email for additional information or to schedule a remote session.


National & International Banking / Accounts Payable: Experienced support with domestic and international banking transactions and accounts payable. With over 20 years of experience navigating varying banking regulations across multiple countries, I can assist with complex financial processes. Please inquire to discuss your specific needs.


Remote PC Access & Support: Let routine system maintenance take care of itself. I can securely log into your desktop or laptop to handle tasks such as setting up backups (with external drive), running disk cleanup and defragmentation, scheduling virus and spyware scans, and assisting with calendar management and email processing.


Digital Mailbox & Email Management: Stay connected, wherever you are. Have your mail forwarded to a dedicated address where important items are scanned and delivered to your inbox as PDF files. Physical mail can be forwarded upon request.

Email management services are also available to assist with composing, organizing, and responding to messages—helping you stay on top of communications without getting overwhelmed.

Hours / Payments

Holiday work is performed at twice the normal rate and after-hours work will be performed at time and a half of the normal rate. (Except by prior arrangements.)  

Our terms are net 10 days. A 10% late fee is applied to all overdue invoices (Except by prior arrangements.)

Sub-Contracted Assistance
At times, Hilltop Secretarial Service may utilize a trusted colleague as a sub-contracted worker. Hilltop Secretarial Service will oversee such work, and handle payment of sub-contractor.

Payments: We accept payment via Zoho Payments, Square, PayPal, and ACH Transfer) and Checks by Phone. All checks are converted to electronic format. To submit your check, please call 877-897-1859 or email us and we’ll send you a form you can fill out.
